Building an ISV on top of a client business

I had the privilege of writing a post for 47hats - a blog strictly focused on topics related to microISVs and startups.

In my writeup, I share some lessons learned from our recent release of DoneDone and X2O, as a company whose primary focus is working with clients. How have we managed to design, build, and maintain a couple products with limited resources? Here's the post.
