of non-wordiness and wordlessness
Garrison Keillor, writes a novel in a simple column at the end of the Tribune Tuesday. Every single word in this column is precious. A book in column-form.
In other news, these guys got together for beer. One of them said this: "... we both had been cast as characters in other peoples' narratives that we couldn't control ... if we take control of our own stories, we can take control of narrative."Then they agreed to "lunch together" at a pub in Cambridge. And the president was pleased. |
